Warming up tips before a workout

Hey, Happy Hump Day!

I have been talking about working out and my aching back and hips. Well, the one thing I have to remember to do that is uber important is to make sure I stretch before I work out.

Here are some stretches I do before and after I do my workouts. I usually do about 10 seconds of each stretch. I do more if there is one that feels particularly good to me.
